Further, the Company has strategized to launch trail brands that have established doctors’ trust but are currently not being adequately promoted by their existing companies. Paviour Pharmaceuticals will invest in the promotion and distribution of such brands to revive their market presence and regain their established position.
In addition, the Company aims to strengthen its market capitalization through the marketing and distribution of research-based Medical devices.
The Company has entered into Marketing Agreements with M/s. Biotest Pharma GmbH / Biotest AG, Germany, for marketing their pharmaceutical products in India and Nepal; M/s. Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A., Italy, for marketing their pharmaceutical products in India and Bangladesh; M/s. Cheplapharm Arzneimittel GmbH, Germany, for marketing their pharmaceutical products in India; Laboratorio Farmaceutico S.I.T. S.r.l., Via Cavour 70, 27035 Mede (PV), Italy, for marketing their pharmaceutical products in India; Hans Rudolph, Inc., USA, and Ginevri S.r.l., for marketing their medical devices in India.
